There are large domestic producers, but our favorite vineyards in the region are undoubtedly these small innovative estates and their on-site shops.<\/p>\n

A must-see in the central region is the Clos Apalta Residence, the boutique hotel on the Vi\u00f1a Lapostolle estate. The hotel and restaurant is one of the few Relais & Ch\u00e2teaux in Chile;<\/b> it is a remarkable haven of peace in the heart of the vineyards. The wines are exceptional and so is the restaurant. In the kitchen, a team of chefs prepares a special menu to pair with each wine from the Lapostolle vineyard, based on organic produce from their garden and seasonal products. The setting is incomparable: the modern design combines harmoniously with nature and vineyards. For a romantic, secluded activity, you can enjoy a bike ride through the vineyards and hikes on the trails of the surrounding forests.
